I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room was lovely, nice, and spacious, but there were too many mosquitoes. The staff were friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to help, including cleaning our room at midnight. However, there were some issues with noise from adjacent rooms and impoliteness in some instances. The location was convenient, near the Meenakshi temple, but not entirely safe for walking to the city center. The dining options were varied and sumptuous, although the breakfast service could start earlier. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.

The service was satisfactory, with some minor issues like stained sheets. The location was fantastic, just around 50 INR by Auto rickshaw or within walking distance to the main city. The dining experience had a good variety of continental and South Indian cuisine. The facilities were good, although not perfect.
